"this internship gave me a hands on exposure to multiple ways of farming. I learned about beekeeping, poultry processing, aquaponics, putting up fences, and more. Working around nature, plants, and animals helped me decide my future, post military service. I found that I enjoyed being outdoors and am now pursuing a degree in forest resource management at Clemson."

-Faith, USA Veteran

"when I began my transition from the army to civilian life, i looked for an internship opportunity to learn as much as i could in a field i knew nothing about. I never imagined i'd be building a goat house and harvesting mustard greens and foraging for mushrooms and processing turkeys, but through dod skillbridge and my internship with project victory gardens, i did all that and so much more."

-Bernie, USA Veteran
